Anyone run these style speed clips for walleye fishing ? Seems like its mostly saltwater anglers that use them but cant help but think they would be nice for cranks or raps. Not that the standard walleye crank snaps are to cumbersome. Thoughts ? TIA

I use them with bottom bouncers. Can't remember what size i have but I'm pretty sure they are the smallest I found but they are still rather large

I would only use it for ice fishing as it looks like it would pull strait before the line breaks. I pull up some pretty big snags with cranks and BB

Lincoln, kinda...
I have some that I bought last year. They aren't necessarily the easiest to attach to a Rapala. That being said, they have not been an issue when running into snags, as in the line breaks ahead of the snap. I use 14 lb Power Pro for most of my cranking rods, and 20 lb PP on my rods used for spinners.
