The RAM 1500 diesel 4x4 is rated for 26mpg on hwy, the hemi is rated for 21. The diesel looks to be about a $3,200 upgrade from the hemi. Here is the kicker though..the diesel has a SMALLER towing rating, 9,200 for the diesel VS. 10,700 for the hemi??  Now i'm even more bewildered why someone would buy a 1/2 ton diesel.:;:huh</p></blockquote><p></p>
