Went to a Sandals in St Lucia a few years ago and would definitely go back. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 70s everyday. Great beaches but I can not comment on the fishing. If you are planning on all inclusive I would check out the Sandals resorts. There are many of them throughout the Caribbean

Wife and I just got back from a week at the Dominion Republic last month...Punta Cana. All - inclusive.
Would recommend in a heartbeat. Will go back one day. We did not do a fishing charter however..lounged under umbrellas and drank instead. poor liver..perhaps next time.
Straight flight from MSP... 5 hr.
