Dug around a few of my potato plants and took some young ones about the size of tennis balls and thinned out a few onions about golf ball size. Picked a few cukes, they are the sweet slicer kind. Supper tonight will be cucumber slices and ranch dressing, raw fried potatoes in olive oil and butter, steamed onion in cheese sauce and some of last years walleye baked in oven with a garlic and lemon seasoning. that should be worth about 50 bucks a plate and I am going to enjoy every dam bite.
