Is there any merit to trumps claim that has prices will drop like a lead balloon after midterms ? I don't understand where he is coming from.

His position is that Iran is going to string along the fighting to humiliate Trump and keep oil prices high so the American voters will vote for Democrats in the mid-terms. Which would make for all kinds of Trouble for Trump and his agenda.

If the Strait of Hormuz opens without a toll booth and Iran is allowed to sell oil again, he is probably right, the price of oil will start an immediate fall. Does one believe Trump can make that happen and to what extent will the prices fall is the real question. Time will tell.

But for me, anything that leaves the current Iran administration in charge of Iran is a pretty solid loss for the United States. There is absolutely no way he can convince me we won if they survive.

Do you guys cash in with a machine like walmart has ? I empty my pockets on my dresser and wife filled a 5 gallon water jug , gotta do something with them they are taking up room.

Heck no. They charge around 5%(?). Take it to your bank and deposit it. I don't think most banks charge for depositing coins, but many will charge for simply cashing it in.

Quarters and dimes are exactly $20/lb. Nickels are about $4.50, and cents are worth not much. I separate the cents out and just figure I have about $18 for every pound of coins I have.
