LOL. I thought the 1971 report was a fun read. Especially the anecdotes on the violations, etc. Fined $100 for missing a swan because the judge didn't want to reward the guy for being a lousy shot. Hah hah hah...

Also, I didn't realize leafy spurge was that much of a problem in the early 70s. Guess I thought it didn't really show up until a few years later.

Yeah that is @guywhofishes like I said a bit suspect. He used to always think the sky was falling back in the 80's. I always thought we were going to have another flood...haha
