Two died at the scene and a third was transported from the crash scene.The Fortuna woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital in Minot.The Minnesota man was not injured.The crash resulted in a number of charges involving both drivers.The woman was charged with driving without a license.The man was charged with:<ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Interstate driver not 21 years of age</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">No valid medical card</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Logbook not current</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Operating without proper operating authority</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Driving in violation of 14-hour rule</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Failure to yield right of way at intersection marked with a stop sign</li> </ul>The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.</blockquote>
