I was going north and he was coming from the west and turning north. I was passing a semi in the passing lane and he pulled out in front of me(i was doing speed limit). I locked them up and went left into the medium, if i wouldnt have i probably wouldnt be typing this..... i believe alot has to do with the people driving...did he not see me? Even so why the hell would you pull out with another semi rolling through there at highway speed? There was nobody behind us and would have allowed plenty of time to turn onto 83.
