A purely science and data based approach would actually be to ban all artificial baiting and food plots (against that as well) in order to reduce the risk of all disease, wouldnt it? They obviously shouldn’t and haven’t done that. We can agree that habitat is more important. But as far as landowner relations go, do you ever give the average Joe permission? If not, how do we fix that? John I’m not against baiting, but I am against bills of dubious origin making game regulations instead of appointed agencies.</blockquote>
