I watched that the other day. Worth the listen IMO. I absolutely LOVE how the judge handled it. Not only is he a hunter, but he knew all about that parcel of public land and has hunted it. Some people are just Aholes.

And despite all the time-stamped high quality video with audio the result is a ton of time spent by law enforcement, prosecutor and the courts for an absolute joke of a penalty. Violations like this and poaching need to come with real penalties or the laws mean nothing.

Almost nothing worse than a farmer who not only doesn't let you hunt their land but also don't want you to hunt public land that is adjacent to theirs because they are so familiar with the public land that they think it's theirs. Some people lose their minds when it comes to hunting a buck - an animal that many don't care to eat much (compared to beef etc) but want the bragging rights to the antlers.

The guy doing the video is Dr. Anthony Jay, a doctor who I subscribe to. When I saw this I was really surprised to see him make hunting videos too. He has good advice on cholesterol and heart disease.
