Thats like fishing in another man's hole.
The 70-year-old suspect in Tennessee double murder found dead.
A 70-year-old man accused of shooting and killing two men in their 20s on Monday was found dead in a Tennessee lake Saturday afternoon.
The body of David Vowell was pulled from Reelfoot Lake in Obion County around 3 p.m. Saturday and positively identified, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
His cause of death is pending an autopsy.
An arrest warrant had been issued for Vowell Tuesday for the murders of 26-year-old Chance Black and 25-year-old Zachery Grooms a day earlier
A third man who was duckhunting with Black and Grooms told investigators that Vowell had approached them by boat around 9 a.m. Monday and asked if he could use the same duck blind as them, accrding to WJHL.
David Vowell was found dead Saturday.
Jeff Crabtree, who managed to escape, said Vowell began to load his gun as he got out of the boat, which struck him as odd; typically, hunters wait until they’re in position to load. That’s when he heard two gunshots and saw Grooms shot in the chest and Black in the side.
Crabtree said he was able to wrestle the shotgun away from Vowell, throw it into the water and then knock the septuagenarian out of his boat.
As he fled the scene, Crabtree said Vowell was still standing in waist-deep water, according to WJHL.
Investigators from TBI, the Obion County Sheriff’s Department, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency,
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Madison County Fire searched for Vowell, but had to pause midweek due to the rising waters before resuming Friday.
No motive has been publicly revealed.
Rest assured he copied and pasted that shit, as we all know that no one one this site has those words in our vocabulary.
Guessing that would be closer to zero of us, than 1..It's a derivative from Latin. Anyone that took one or two years of HS Latin knows what those words mean.
Guessing that would be closer to zero of us, than 1..
^^^^^^ Spoken like a true septuagenarian.
(I just learned this word today, and I can’t believe I actually had a chance to use it already!!!)
