I can say for an absolute fact human urine doesn't spook younger deer. I've had multiple deer sniffing my truck after more than a few bladder dumps. As to mature bunks, it's hard to say. I've shot a few out of a blind after the same. But, at 100+ yards. Not the same situation as immature deer out of the truck.

I can say without a doubt human pee does not scare deer. I once pissed out of my tree stand and less than 15 minutes later had a younger 4x4 standing at the base of the tree sniffing where my piss hit the ground....
