Looks great as usual! Thanks for posting. Any difference in taste? I do like how it more closely resembles bacon

The layered has the same flavor/taste as the mixed. Mixed is much easier to make, the layering is more tedious but we do eat with our eye's!

just made 75 lbs of the mixed and cant wait to get it cut up and eat it. Also made a bunch of jerky and the Owens seasoning are unmatched in my opinion

Agreed..........Plan to do a bunch with Owen's seasonings this coming weekend.........Mine alone will be 25 pounds bacon.......25 pounds summersausage........25 pounds Philly Cheese brats.
