Leeches

Anybody ever have any luck trapping leeches? I know of a few sloughs around me that have some in them and wanna try to trap some.

I know it is best to use some bloody meat for bait but what do you use for traps? I am trying to think of something that would work for a trap but am not having any decent ideas yet.

Anybody have any ideas i could try???

I used to trap leeches till I did it for a month. I got a couple lbs of good ones but by the time I firged out how much I spent in gas over that month to check my traps. It was just a lot cheaper to buy a lb at the bait shop. I did find a couple good spots to trap fatheads out of it.
