windblown nd snow is a different animal. I've had drifts so hard a walk behind wouldn't touch it.

and that's exactly why I will only own Lorenz blowers. Have had two different ones over the last 20 years and they way they chop up hard packed wind blown drifts, grader wind rows, and crusty old snow is second to none. The paddles absolutely pulverize the snow compared to a solid flighting like most blowers use. Heck, any more if the snows not super deep, I gather the snow with the 8.5' snow pusher and pile it up and the turn the blower on and blow it away. works great.
