Leupold for 243

Leupold VX 4-12x40 (1 Inch) Creedmoor Reticle​

So I have been doing some reading on this reticle and some say it may work with the 243. Not exactly but with the right loads it would be very close.

Any and all comments are appreciated . I am going to need another scope and I think this maybe the one.

Why not just go on e-bay and get a discarded Daisy 880 scope? I'm sure it'd be accurate enough to plink in your basement.
