The grill is your friend as far as lunch menu items. Grilled chicken, venison steaks, fish, pork chops, turkey, etc, etc, etc, combined with garden fresh veggies is hard to beat. Add in a few starch items like home made buns/bread, rice, or pasta and you have a meal that not only fills you up, but does so with great flavor. Time of year is really not a factor as far as I'm concerned so FIRE UP that grill and lunch on in style.
