Lund transom

A sheet of aluminum was cut to cover most of the transom. He cut a smaller one for the inside. Bolted it together and caulked. Solid as a rock for 30 plus years. He also Machined a missing corner for the 81 Tyee.

We fixed ours by installing a piece of 1/4 inch aluminum and bolting it on. Fixed it to this day.

The transom is still like a rock. A friend did it. for free. Over 40 years ago.
