What's most crazy to me about this is I just drove down river road on the way to work this morning and saw someone out on the ice taking pictures of the sunrise this morning..... I like to ice fish, but you won't catch me dead on river ice when it was wide open just a couple of days ago.

Sounds like it happened on the creek by the Ponderosa development. He was walking his dogs and its possible they went through and he tried to help.
