Harrison Smith get's healthy and the defense will look better. He is the defensive on field brain. I hope it is not serious. They are pretty tight lipped about the "illness" that has kept him down for almost a month.

He's old and done IMO should have retired.

Sure nice being on the comeback side for the local fm radio/tv purposes throughout the week.
Take aways: JJ sure does seem to have that "it" factor mentality that ages well. Vikes need to someday learn not to give up the easy 7-12 yard passes one of these years and also not to give the opposition that scary last possession at the end of games by focusing on getting the last crucial 1st down instead of running up the middle every time and giving the ball back for the scary last 2 min drill. Thankfully, chandler ran it out of the endzone and bears only had 1 timeout left.

Then again, I read once that players specifically get insurance for their bling, so it's not a big deal if it gets damaged.

What i find frustrating is why that defense player didnt even try to wrap up the bears qb when he ran it in for a td on their first possession. Same with the lucky call on the qb stepping out of bounds of course im an arm chair critic who wouldnt even make the practice squad. And whats up with the players wearing qb type shoulder pads instead of the traditional ones?
