The refs and bounty gate go hand in hand. You can't be corrupt without control. The Saints basically ended Favre's career on that high low hit that wasn't penalized during the game, but the players were fined after. How was that NOT a penalty, even back then? Sure, he started 13 games the next year, but he was a shell of himself. Need more proof the refs are a huge part of the whole scripted, corrupt NFL temple, watch the last few minutes of regulation in the Bills vs Broncos game. They let the hand fighting go the whole game, right up until it mattered. The only way it could have been more obvious is if the referee kicked the winning field goal.

When you have to cheat to win does that make you a winner or a cheater ? He is the only coach that I know of that PAID A BOUNTY to hurt players. He was investigated and was only given a 1 year suspension from coaching when it should have been a life time ban.
