^^^^^^

Doesn't mean he is staying. Just signed an extension is all. He is still actively interviewing for HC jobs.

I'm surprised they are allowing him to interview. If it doesn't go his way does he just add that to the lawsuit as evidence and that team is a defendant? Glad he is staying. Hoping Harrison Smith has one more year in him. Flores and Smith are the straws that stir that drink.

Agreed, why would any team open themselves up and interview him ? He had a 24 & 25 record as a head coach and never made the playoffs but claims racism was the reason he was fired. If you look at the world through racist eyes everything that happens to you is because of racism so who is actually the racist.

Other teams because of DEI must interview a potential colored head coach candidate regardless of skill set, which is the reason why flores is in this predicament with the NFL.

Remember back when they were filming players in the locker room asking silly questions like who would never want to date your sister, and they all answered DIGGS? HMMM......

I'm not sure if you all paid attention but the Vikings had the number 3 defense in the NFL this year!!! There was only one team that allowed fewer touchdowns than the Vikes.

And we didn't make the playoffs because the offense sucked.

Just think what could have been if the Vikes woulda pulled there head out of their butts and just paid Darnold. Seattle paid him they have the number six defense and locked up the one seed and probably going to Super Bowl. Woulda coulda shoulda same old vikes

I really hope Flores doesn't leave could be a big setback next year.

Got to figure in that Seattle also had a o line that is light years ahead of the vikings.

If Seattle would have passed him at 18 i think there was a good chance he was going to be a viking as they took jackson at 24 who played the same position, zabel was drafted to play.
