Old age sore joints

After 3.5 hours of snow blowing 3 driveways, I CAN'T FEEL MY ARMS!!;;;;;;; I'm guessing when the numbness subsides the pain will kick in. ;:;banghead

I’ve had at least a dozen cortisone shots. No pain whatsoever. Shit works like a champ. I have experienced no bad issues at all with it. Had a hand specialist tell me he could inject the knuckle on my hand every three weeks if needed. I had on shot a year ago and no pain since. I wouldn’t be riding my motocross bike without that shit.

Cortisone is the last option before surgery. They have other stuff to inject first.

Losing weight helps a bunch.

Keep active as much as possible.

Suck it up buttercup. Pain can be tolerated.

that's how we old guys roll guy,every morning,it's wake-up every morning (so far)stand up after 15minutes of "snap crackle,pop"

Luckily for me, the difference between the effects I feel when I watch what I eat/drink vs the times I go on a "bender" of any sort (cheat for a few days) is absolutely extraordinary.

In other words, simple discipline works for me.

i use this stuff on my lower back during a golf round or on my right knee before curling. It helps big time...says its for horses but is safe for humans...and it helps.. I buy it at TSC altho i am sure any animal feed place has it or amazon. works wonders

Nothing beats New Balance for my feet. They routinely outperform other brands when I try something different. I always go back to NB.

What other brands work well? Feel like a dork (with happy feet) every time I buy NB again.
