They were probably butchered that morning or the day before. This was near Lake Winnibigoshish. Now, I have no idea knowing who did this but it’s obvious a gill net or the line was used because if it were done by hook and line, no one is gonna take the tullibee just to throw them away later. I called the local warden and left a message with as much info as I had. He hasn’t called back yet but it was just yesterday.</p></blockquote><p></p>
