STATE LAND, our land is blocked from us, it is leased out. With the loss of CRP, the small amount of state owned land should NOT, NOT be leased out. It should be reserved for public use and conservation of wild life. There are 44 Million acres in ND, our 706,000 school trust and other state acres are leased out. This is SHAMEFUL!!, the legislature needs to give us our state land for pubic use only. We have BILLIONS in our state savings account, we don't need the money from lease payments, we need access to our state owned land. WHO is with me for a REFERENDUM???
