Guys,
Just wanted to make everyone aware that I received a call today on my home phone from a kid pretending to be my oldest grandson. I answered the phone and he said"Grandpa" I replied something and he asked if I "recognized his voice." I stated that I didn't and he said"This is your oldest grandson." I said oh really and that is when he hung up. Please spread the word and beware this kind of thing is going on. These people who pray on elderly and use the grandchild for an excuse to get money are (fucking slime balls.)
Please be aware!

Fish On!

This scam has been around for awhile. In short...It's a grandchild claiming they help to get out of jail. Don't tell my parents because I don't want to get into trouble. My Mother In Law almost fell for it.

I like the Parshall high school calendar sponsor calls. I was getting these every day, finally got pissed and called the superintendent, he said it was a scam.

Here's a good one to use on them, if caller claims to be your grandson, grandma whoever. Say caller needs money to get out of jail.
Say to them...how'd you get in jail so fast? You just left my house 2 secs ago??? Bet they hang up.

They got my late grandpa with this a few years back. He was in his 90's and they claimed to be his oldest son, who happens to be estranged from the family, but even know the sons name... Sick individuals out there.

This is why your whole network of friends and family needs one question and code answer.

We have a decoder ring.....code phrase "Drink More Ovaltine"

In all seriousness, great idea. Question and answer.....can't go wrong! Unless you talk about it on Assbook or Instaf'd
