Save those garlic-butter dipping sauce tubs in the frig for a special use--SPUDS! Take a med-lg potato & slice length-wise into 8 spears, put into a quart-sized zip-lock bag, and pour the contents of the sauce tub into and bag. Mix to coat all sides of the spuds. (hint: warm the sauce-uncovered, in micro for 10 secs). Preheat the oven to 375. Put the spud-spears on a tin-foil lined baking pan, and bake for approx 45 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with course salt and a little fresh-ground pepper, and serve with your favorite meal. Simple and good!
