Episode 88 of the NDGF podcast tells the story of catching a wannabe social media influencer poacher. It's great that NDGF put this scumbag on blast but infuriating that public shaming is the most severe penalty the legal system affords in these cases. They had this shithead dead to rights on felony charges and he walked away with a couple misdemeanors and a pathetic fine.

Great job by NDGF, BCI and others but it's disgusting how little penalty was imposed for such egregious poaching. Kudos to the NDGF for publicly shaming this douchebag.

Need to get legislation together that makes significant jail time and/or massive fines achievable for cases like this.
