Went out with a buddy today and finally got my 8yr old daughter on an epic dog shoot. We burned up hundreds of 22lr, 22mag, 17hmr, 204, and 223. It was a blast and pure carnage on the dogs end. Taking kids along hunting I would compare it to fishing for bluegills during the spawn. Endless fun except for when the ammo box is empty and all you have left is a mountain of brass.

Agreed. My daughter kind of questioned if we should be shooting the poor little rodents, until she hit her first one. Then it was game on.

Is there a place a guy can go around central ND for these? I hear guys talk about it sounds like a great time,but I have no clue where to go.

South of the interstate and west of the river has the best populations. Some towns south of Williston also
