E what about conspiracy to deliver weed, also I beleive that since hashish is a man made process made with a large amount of weed which is concentrated is the reason for the felony would lets then one ounce make .1 gram of hashish . Also for instance I have read newspaper article that showed that if a person was in possession of more than one ingredient to make meth they. It could be considered to be intent to manufacture.
It's all BS regardless i don't have a problem with the meth charges or bath salts possesion that stuff kills unlike weed

It's a start ,so will see if local state representative like getting voted out for chopping up a bill that what simple to enforce, been proven to work from other states stats, and could be good for patients as well as farmers.

I have asked before this question which I feel is important to the future of north Dakota residents. Where is the is the list of names that voted to change the measure 5 someone's got to know. Doesn't anyone care about getting these fubar out of office
