Rod holders for kayak?

I bought a new 2 person kayak and its not a 'fishing' model so Id like to enhance it. What type of rod holders do you recommend and also what placement would be most beneficial. Here is a picture of the kayak I purchased and I will always be in the rear seat. Occasionally the front seat will be occupied, others it will be used to hold tackle/rods etc....

Just picked up two of these for the same reason strong price on a ball mount ram mount with limited drilling into the yak figured a guy could not go wrong.

When I was rigging out the SS pipsqueak I got most of my gear from here. Went with mainly scottys.
