Small meat grinder?

I’d like to have a small meat grinder also
120 to 130 pounds and 20 to 25 years old

small grinders suck for second grind applications. #22 plus or go home….

Question................what is the reason for double grinding?

In 45 years of doing sausage, I have never double ground any of the sausage I have made.

I have a Lem #8 works ok, I freeze the meat in strips goes through good, I also have a Cabela's 1hp but it take 6 drunk Illegal's to bring at upstairs, so don't use much anymore

I have one of those too. I can't carry the whole box but have to carry the motor separate from the rest of the unit (or have one of my buddies move it). But it makes short work of grinding a hell of a lot of meat.

The number 32 my father in law has is a two person monster. It takes way longer to clean up that it does grinding up two whole deer. But it’s overkill for me. Go to get the 8 and see how it goes. Thanks!
