Yes, external added devices work best for me too. I buy higher end Samsung was told at big show in Chicago they are about best out their picture wise.

We have 2 Roku tvs with both of them having local channels VIA antenna . They both quit showing the information in the channel guide . The channel guide still shows up but the information is missing. When I disconnect tv from the internet the tv guide works.

Iv'e read online and theres a lot of people with the same issue.
