Is the guy on drugs, or drunk? No way he could conceive this thought process, and be electable. It is more of a slap in the face of the clowns that elected him than to himself.

If a guy is that far off his rocker, how did the person running against him in the electoral process lose? Is it an inner city thing, that they vote for whoever is the blackest? cause it sure wasn't a vote for who was the soberest...haha
