Bismarck mother pleads guilty after altercation with Mandan bus driver

MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) The Bismarck woman accused of not stopping the assault of a Mandan bus driver in December pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment.
Thirty-six-year-old Megan Rosario Hernandez is accused of pushing and yelling at a 73-year-old Mandan bus driver after her son assaulted him.
She is charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. A criminal trespass charged was dismissed.
The 12-year-old was cited with simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespassing and tampering or damaging a public service.
Police say the bus driver had a cut to his chin and blood on his lip and tongue.
A judge ordered a year of deferred imposition sentence for Rosario Hernandez and a year of unsupervised probation.
Rosario Hernandez was also ordered to have no contact with the victim and to provide the Morton County States Attorney’s office with a letter of apology for him.
