This Weekend

Anyone planning to hit the water today, tomorrow, or Sunday? I'm gonna run down to Audubon this afternoon...target main lake/embankment side...focus on shallow humps. Early season I usually use jigs/minnows/plastics, but I'm determined to fish cranks more this year-gonna try some shallow diving flicker shads today as well. Will continue the slow break in on the new motor. Hope everyone has a great weekend...cheers!

Plan to hit the river up Saturday /Sunday in bis. Saturday gonna wait til after the tourney boys get off the water. Reports have been hush hush with the big muddy happening tommorow

dont be afraid to try them cranks slower early in the year 1.5 ish

That is good to hear! I went out for a few hours today to do a little pre-fishing, but the cold got the best of me and we pulled out. Will be back out tomorrow fishing that area.
