Looks like the NDGF has stocked hybrid brook/brown tiger trout in a couple lakes (Fish Creek Dam & Hooker Lake). Nice looking fish and they appear to reach a decent size. Some googling shows that they are good in the frying pan as well.

They hit Rapalas. They're pretty. Probably not possible without a laboratory. They may like cheese.

While you're at it, I hope you catch a pure-strain musky as well. They've now been in there a few years and should be getting of decent size.
