The business run by Brian Thompson brought in $281 billion in revenue last year, making it the largest subsidiary of the Minnetonka, Minnesota-based UnitedHealth Group. His $10.2 million annual pay package, including salary, bonus and stock options awards, made him one of the company’s highest-paid executives.

Good for him.

The cost of insurance is ridiculous, and a big part of this is not just the company but the effn government forcing their bs policies into the company.

However most CEO's in fortune 500 companies are making that bank, and are typically the reason for the success.

Shooter possible unvetted illegal? Wouldn't be a surprise, no dna trail from evidence they have.

If y'all don't realize that big pharma, the medical industry, and insurance aren't in one big cahoots with each other to F over the rest of us, you're living under a rock.

I think this was some guy who was screwed over by insurance. Likely someone in his family had a medical emergency and got hit with a half million-dollar bill and were told to pay up. Meanwhile someone who can't pay can get care for free and the rest of us foot the bill. He snapped and said well, let's make a statement.

Face it: We're all one catastrophe away from financial ruin.

I'm amazed it took this long for a thread to start. It's a corrupt system that's for sure.
Couple things when you think about it is.
a. This guy got away, with all the effing security and police moving around with the tree lighting coming up
b. He had to basically single feed his gun for multiple shots. If this CEO had a CC and was trained there is the possibility (might be low) he might have got a shot back and we would maybe know more if the guy was wounded and unable to escape or maybe he would have got killed with a lethal shot.
c. NYC has some of the strictest gun laws and if I'm correct they have outlawed suppressors. Well this goes to show that laws don't stop gun crimes if an individual is willing to commit them are going to happen and when you take protection away from law abiding citizens you basically leave them as a lame duck. Unfortunately the anti's are going to try to use this instance to push more of their agenda and I hope our pro 2A advocates are smart enough to show how these stringent laws don't work.

This shooter probably lost a loved one from taking the jabs and he knew that all of the insurance companies and the hospitals were getting paid bonuses for every jab they coerced and forced people to get. Biden should have pardoned this guy and maybe that would have saved him! LOL

At least one article I read suggested the pistol was recently purchased over in Connecticut.

It won't be too long before an arrest is made. The trail appears to be there. The Hostel, E-bike (requiring a credit card), the gun purchase, several still pics of him being already released, and I'm sure there's more they aren't sharing, especially about the part where he'd been receiving online death threats.

I have found zero articles saying they have found the murder weapon.

Well I'll say this. The shooter didn't look like a scared and nervous ordinary guy looking for payback. They were Stone Cold Smooth. The way they moved, the positioning, the timing, the weapons handling, the trigger pull, and the whole shebang looks like experience, singularity of purpose, attention to detail, and next to perfect execution of task. I don't much care about the "why" and more than likely the truth will be withheld in the interests of one agenda or the other as in "Epstein killed himself" and "there are WMD's in Iraq". Carry On!!

The actual kill I agree.

However….

This dude seems to have left a lot of openings and unsecured ends. Something doesn’t jive

I agree Jiffy. First year Marine Recon boys would know better than to leave a trail like the media is portraying this guy left which fills me with all kinds of WTF and you can imagine how much I trust MSM to be truthful and accurate. Lots of fish stink on this one IMO.

I honestly would be surprised if he is a United States citizen...who knows. The guy for sure knew what he was doing and I wouldn't be surprised if the things he left were on purpose...

Plus, if they are correct on that handgun...that sucker costs $5700...not your average Joe buys one of those.
