Packaged up some of my upland game from this year. I think it is like 9 roosters, 2 grouse and a couple partridge. Tried for about a 85% upland to 15% bacon end mixture. Vac sealed in packs of 2. Some will go in stocking stuffers instead of coal.

Bacon ends make for a great mixture.

why would you do that?
Nothing wrong with a pheasant burger. Honestly, I think pheasants are rather bland. Didn’t even bother trying this year for them. Something like this might make them a bit more palatable. Or are you saying why would you give them away?

Looks good. Sounds good. Any one know where you can buy pheasant?

Dokters Pheasant Farm south of Mandan on 1806 maybe. Dunno what they have left at this time of year.
