vet needing E3 Cow Elk help

[64Mustang]

trying to help out a buddy (veteran) that has a cow elk tag in E3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In his 60s so would prefer a reasonable walk in-out. Used to apply for Bull tag when he was younger and more agile. Now in his later years, he just wanted to shoot an Elk. PM me please. I had spots lined up for him in E2, but he applied wrong unit. Thanks for consideration.

Has your buddy check out N.W. of Medora. I know Bill Lowman in the unit and he normally has Elk in the summer and early fall
