Teddy Bridgewater suffered a potentially serious non-contact left knee injury in Tuesday's practice.
Bridgewater went down in a heap, and his teammates immediately called for the trainer. According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, players were cursing and throwing their helmets. They gathered around Bridgewater in prayer. The scene was described as "complete shock." The Vikings canceled practice. Obviously, it has the looks of a potentially season-ending injury, which would be a devastating blow even considering Bridgewater's game-managing ways. Journeyman veteran Shaun Hill is the next man up on the depth chart.

Hope it's not too serious, they look like they could be pretty competitive to watch this year with Teddy, he seemed to be starting to understand the game and make better decisions. Would like to see him challenge down the field more, but I've been ok with his improvement.

It's now official, an MRI has confirmed that #Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater has a torn ACL and will miss the entire 2016 season.

Just one bad foot plant is all it takes some times. The fact they assured all of the press out of there before he was even off the field can't be good. By the way they are describing the other players reactions I have to wonder if his leg wasn't bent the wrong way or something obvious to the eye.
