Well.....here we are at the 1 year anniversary of infamous incident at the bridge where the “eco terrorist” tried to set a propane explosive and the gal injured her arm when their IED went off early. So to celebrate this date the New York Post Liberals accuse law enforcement. So they are still throwing their propaganda BS out there. Then they present 55,000 signatures to Morton County today asking to have all charges related to the protestors dropped.

This is why I still advocate the boycott of Prairie Knights Casino. The tribe still has not accepted any responsibility for any of this protest.

Could not agree more. I like washed up 70's has-beens as much as the next guy, but they sound better on the old media anyhow. They darn sure LOOK better in my memory, than they do "live". Air quotes...

I feel the same way (put up or shut up) about the people's disgust with NFL kneeling protests, and then tuning in every week to catch the latest game. If I ever watch a football game, it will be by mistake. (with the possible exception of a game featuring Carson Wentz, for obvious reasons)

there ain't many charges left. a very high percentage were dismissed. many were arrested en masse and there was poor documentation of each individual and the circumstances surrounding their individual arrest. for a very large portion of the people arrested, there was never a mention of their individual names in any discovery other than the booking log at the jail. can't say i blame anyone on the law enforcement side. they had never dealt with anything like this before. can't really blame the defense attorneys ( ) they were just doing their jobs. a big blemish on 2016-17 all around. ND is still paying the bill for it.

^^ND tax payers will pay for the protest. Our state government don't have the guts to hold Standing Rock accountable for any portion of the costs. If there is no penalty towards Standing Rock, what is to stop them next time. Idea, PLEASE don't give them any of my tax dollars!

Our last Governor is much to blame for all of this too. He should have called the National Guard and moved them off the Federal land. You and i wouldn't have been there longer than 1/2 a day before being arrested or moved off.
