Why am I not surprised by that picture, from about one month into this, I knew that's what it would look like during, and after this protest. The guy they interviewed on the news yesterday, looked like he should use some clean water, and SOAP.

I read where they are complaining about the way their belongings where treated and handled after the illegal camp was closed down. Well too damn bad you were breaking the law and trespassing on private property. Damn lucky they got any of their belongings back.
Once again the minorities have all the rights and get the breaks. If you or i would be doing this we would be in jail and sued!

All the used tepees were headed north on 1806 then west on 138A. The state is cleaning up the mess, the tax paying citizens of Morton county are paying for it.

We need more photos like this posted on social media to combat their lies. And even send them to news stations that are picking up this story. What's up with this mob? They keep saying it's all about saving the water, but it sounds like Archambault would support a reroute after Obama's speech. Won't the pipeline still cross the river upstream from their Mobridge intake, like the other pipelines already? I sure hope the SRST oust Archambault when this is all said and done. He got way too cozy with these hard line environmental groups who likely paid for all of his trips to the U.N. and D.C.

I keep having to remind myself that many members of the SRST want this done and over with. They need to boycott a certain convenience store down that way afterwards. :;:cheers

If they truly cared about "their land" it should be left in better shape than they found it.

Yeah then take into account that this is the new camp so that's only about three days worth of garbage!

Heard on the radio today that Archibault's sister used to be an advisor to Obummer but she has since moved on to be a lobbyist. No wonder he gets in to see Bummer and to talk with him. Makes more sense now doesn't it? Also answers the question why would Bummer fly up here to tour the Rez last year (i think it was last year). More of this is coming together all the time. Think it was Bummer who might have pushed the Rez to raise hell so the pipeline wouldn't go through? His good friend Buffet owns BNSF railroad and they want to continue shipping the oil by rail.
Just food for thought.

A bunch of out of state white folks are now helping out the natives by camping inside the state Capitol building.
