It may very well have been sick or just as easily could have tangled with a car up on the highway. The video in and of itself shows no overt illegal activity other than the non-immediate tagging of the deer which almost every one of us is guilty of. This is a decent buck that was likely shot extremely close to one of my spots so I'm all for busting them but I just don't see how if this is all they have for evidence. I honestly think the game and fish is just throwing these cases out there in the hopes it will make them nervous enough that they won't go hog wild on their poaching.</p></blockquote><p></p>
