Rookie of the year candidate or not, I bet he does get a call from the G & F about the lack of a tag.
Do they usually follow up on these things or would they just look him up quick and verify he bought a tag?

The dear hasn't been moved...you can snap a pic before you put tag on. If its tag less in a farmyard then you'll be getting a call.Rookie of the year candidate or not, I bet he does get a call from the G & F about the lack of a tag.

You think G&F is competent enough to do something like that?

Sorry but thats not true.
pasted from the deer proclamation:
TAGGING REQUIREMENTS
IMMEDIATELY after an animal has been killed, the hunter must indicate the
date of kill by cutting out the appropriate month and day from the tag pro-
vided with the license, and attach it to the base of the antler on antlered
deer, or in a slit in the ear on antlerless deer as illustrated on the tag back-
ing.
I think its awesome that he doesn't care about what others think and posts this stuff. Having said that, when considering the future of his brand and the $$ from endorsement deals etc, i think id probably refrain from actually posting photos of my hunting exploits. His agent is probably cringing a little.
was it shot in N.D? Here we tag on the hind leg
haha ok...I don't see anything that says you can't snap a quick pic as your kneeling down to put a tag on your animal IMMEDIATELY after it has been killed... be sure not to speed on the way home either...You must be an engineer!
Since you seem to know it all by just guessing, you must be a ND G &F biologist.
