I received this email from them today. Hopefully they will still have it.

2017 Gun Raffle Update The State Gaming Office is finalizing their review of our operations as it relates to raffles. As such we are anxiously awaiting further information from the state before we can print and sell tickets for this year's gun raffle. As soon as we have that information available, we will broadcast it as widely as possible. With regard to the banquet & drawing, because of the delay, it is most likely the banquet & drawing date will be pushed out to a date that has yet to be determined, based on the availability of the venue. Thank you for your patience and loyalty to our fundraiser. We will keep you apprised as the developments become available, and look forward to your continued support.
