Message: <blockquote data-quote="svnmag" data-source="post: 30299" data-attributes="member: 330"><p>I'm not much of a gardener but I DO know this.  Tomatoes love Miracle Grow.  One year in Ga, I staked a little plant beside the house and gave it a triple dose.  Holy hell.  More than I like to admit became targets.  We got sick of them and couldn't give enough away:  One freakn' plant.  One day while mowing, I discovered it leafless, a pile of fruit on the ground and crawling with cut worms.  This didn't bother me much.  A couple weeks later, it returned to full glory and we had tomatoes until the first frost.  My first and only time at "gardening".</p><p>I do recall the soil was sandy (very) and the plant was in constant hot sun against a white sided house.</p></blockquote><p></p>
