Don't eat cereal very often but when I do it's Capn Crunch and no milk for this guy. Never been a fan of milk in my cereals, like my food crunchy not mush. I'll save the mush for when, and if, I make it to the nursing home.

Coffee and a stick of cheese. If I actually get up for the gym (its been a lazy week) I'll get a protein shake in.

Ahh, a study in contrasts. Out with the old, and in with the new. Kinda like a stop-button on a high-speed conveyor belt.

About three notches away from leg-gravy... (toldja I'd use that one someday..)

My all time favorite is Capt Crunch (original, berries are for birds).

Favorite hot cereal is steel cut oats with a dab of country crock, little milk and some sugar. Regular cream of wheat aint too bad either...

You ever think about buying a pallet of captain crunch ingredients and make your own? I bet you could save a bunch of money

Always coffee and either bacon and eggs or protein drink with my vitamins and supplements.

For those of you who love their chemical cleaners for breakfast, i pity your health care costs in the future.
Its not just lucky charms a lot of breakfast cereals have this ingredient in them including regular old cheerios. ;:;barf

They make thin mint cookie cereal now. I got my wife a box of it and then told her I'm going fishing today. I don't even think she heard me.

Cap't Crunch without milk? You sir must have leather gums to withstand that.

I think the captain crunch is likely mine too. I however have 2 eggs, 2 slices of wheat toast, and 3 strips of bacon 5 to 7 days a week.
According to the experts you better start carrying your own difibulater with.

4 fingers of pendalton with 3 ice cubes and a splash of water. Have a box of rice krispes in the cupboard from four years ago that I was going to make my son bars with but it never happened. I was going to return them last week but kind find the receipt.

Old fashion Oat meal, the kind you cook for 5 min, little brown sugar and cinnamon with 2% milk. Don't get any better on a cold winters morn. Honey nut cherrios in summer time.

Frosted Mini Wheats
Wheaties
Grape Nuts (but I put sugar on most every spoonful)

There used to be Raisins, Rice, and Rye that would be my all time favorite

Rarely have cereal for breakfast. Normally, farm fresh eggs in some form with bacon, ham, or sausage, and buttered wheat toast with a glass of orange juice. However, when I do have cereal it's old fashioned plain cherrios or frosted mini wheats.

I switch back and forth between Honey Nut Cherrios and Honey Bunches of Oats (Cinnamon if it's available)

On the road I must have regular breakfast at a restaurant, though... Tremendous Twelve at Perkins or the American Slam at Denny's. Gotta love bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes.
