I am supposed to be going to Winnipeg with the fellas, however I will not be. My daughter had a lump on here neck. Gave us a cancer scare. After testing, treating, and finally surgery, my 2 year old princess has a clean bill of health. I, however, have ... just the bills. Not complaining. I'd trade a fishing trip for my kids health any day. Next year I'll be going for sure. Maybe an NDA gathering up there would be fun?

Tough for you as a Dad to watch and worry! Thank the Lord it wasn't cancer!

picking the boat up from the shop, gonna clean her out really well and get everything back in place and tested. Removing old graph and ducer to make room for whatever new one i decide to buy, and make a few mods to the boat. gonna use this weekend as the prep weekend so im ready once shes open

Good to hear V, had a scare like that myself when she was younger.
Full out soft water now on the mo somewhere. Damn last week when I was out seems to be a bad year for nav. the river. Lots of deadheads to get use to. Either the water need to go up a bit of down a bit. Anybody hard water fishing don't be stupid lifes to short for a fish.

bought a motorguide xi5 but had to order a plug for the bow receptacle. Mortiz said they didn't have one so I ordered one. I stopped in today to find a replacement for my boat tie downs and there was one on the rack. Oh well. There's a vantage on back so it will have to do.

I was joking with JayKay asking if he could switch his cat's food out to something softer as the meow mix was hurting my teeth. As in, I had to steal cat food because I couldn't afford normal food after buying a ranger. It's a reach but I find it funny still.
