I wonder if things would be OK if she'd just used vet wrap? It's medical, and it's for animals.

I don't think so.
We have a vet in western ND that was trying to get a ban for horse whips, bark collars, training collars, cat juggling, etc.
Some people think yelling at a dog is abuse. I think taping a dog's mouth shut is stupid, over the top, but not criminal.

I don't believe in butchering and selling baby parts and I don't think a dogs mouth should be taped shut. Did you see the picture? I did and it pissed me off. I don't know the whole story behind it and I don't think it should be a felony but I have no problem with her being charged with something based on what I've heard.

Has there been any more news on this? I asked the old ball & chain last night and she had heard that the lady was investigated but no charges as the dog seemed to be well cared for. I didn't ask her source but I suspect that interweb was involved.

Still train in the yard bound for Louisiana etc. It wouldn't be that hard to do with a bit of preparation and subterfuge. I am in GREAT need of a nice lady who wants two lap cats. It's not their fault, I just ain't a fan of cats. I don't want to drop them off somewhere (it's a long story) and I don't want them kept outside. Any serious help would be greatly appreciated. Anyways...

Did you try taping them to a locomotive?
Must the cat person be a lady? or is this cat person you seek also a roommate?

So if her husband/boyfriend would have done that to her cuz she wouldn't stop yapping Who would have been introduced to handcuffs and a stay in jail?
